When anarchy prevails and the screams of the downtrodden become lifeless, these traders of injustice write the history of their black deeds by riding on sentiments of society. At this time a 'Saviour' is born to eliminate these tyrants and their immoral activities.
Surajbhan (Mukesh Rishi) is the name of one such despot in whose name everyone shivers. Shantinagar is the base of all his illegal activities. The entire locality is terrified by his gang and become victims of his misdeeds. It is because his terror that he has succeeded in operating his illegal activities from the houses of his victims. D.C.P. Shrivastav (Mohan Joshi) and Inspector Thapar (Shiva) are the abettors in his crime. In the same locality stays Shankar (Brijesh) with his wife Parvati (Bina) and his young son Shiva. Earlier Shankar used to work for Surajbhan. Realisation changed him and he refused accepting orders from Surajbhan. On the instructions of Surajbhan, Shrivastav and Thapar slyly get Shankar and his wife killed. Jananki (Shama Deshpande), wife of Shrivastav gives refuse to the orphan child Shiva who grows up with her son Vijay. They get along well and become good friends too.
Both, Shiva (Inder Kumar) and Vijay (Manek Bedi) grow together into Adulthood.
Pinky (Namrata Shirodkar) is the dotted brat of a wealthy father (Tiku Tulsania). In college she meets Shiva and both eye at each other mischievously and become bosom pals.
Krishna (Suniel Shetty), the elder brother of Pinky had fallen victim to Surajbhan and his gang and has now been released from jail after serving a sentence. He learns of Surajbhan's renewed reign of terror and the growth of his illegal activities. Shiva and Pinky too are harassed. All are terrified and at the same time helpless. Their mute screams yell out for 'saviour' to save them from the clutches of the evil.
Does the friendship of Shiva and Pinky bear fruits? Is Shiva able to avenge his parent's death? Is Krishna able to protect Shiva and film "MASEEHA" is the only answer to all the above questions.
